1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup coconut
125g butter, melted
1 packet Marie biscuits
juice and rind of 1 lemon
2 cups icing sugar
lemon juice, to desired consistency
2 dessertspoons coconut
Crush biscuits, add coconut and butter and mix well.
Spread into a tray and set aside to cool.
Mix icing sugar with lemon juice and coconut and spread over base.
Sprinkle extra coconut over and refrigerate to set.
